- Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item sent.
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you received your items to initiate a return.
- Conditions: Items and any accompanying gifts must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used, as well as any custom-made or personalized products, cannot be returned or refunded.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
- Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- Refunds to a JARDIN DES FONTAINES Gift Card will be issued within 1–2 business days.
- If you do not receive your refund 14 days after returning your item, please contact us at info@jardindesfontaines.com.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder for emails and mark them as “Not Spam” to ensure delivery.
- Hygiene-Sensitive and Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used, as well as any custom-made or personalized products, cannot be returned or refunded.

- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute as quality issues.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute as quality issues.
- Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute as quality issues.
- Please refer to our sizing chart for decisions on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute as quality issues.
- Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
- JARDIN DES FONTAINES is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping info or refusal of delivery.
- Please provide accurate shipping information, including address, contact number, and recipient name.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers may place a new order and return the previous item for a refund.
