Creative Video Guideline
1. Participation Requirements
- Eligibility: Each team must consist of two participants to highlight the importance of collaboration. Roles may include filming, editing, directing, or styling, with flexibility to adapt as needed.
- Submission Requirement: Each team must produce and submit three creative videos.
- Video Length: Each video must be a minimum of 2 minutes in duration.
- Budget: No additional funding will be provided. Teams are responsible for managing all resources within their means.
- Filming Materials: Each video must feature brand-provided scarves as a central element.
2. Content Restrictions
- Prohibited Themes: Videos may not include political, religious, violent, or otherwise controversial content. Avoid negative environmental portrayals (e.g., pollution, ecological damage).
- Brand Integration: Each video must prominently feature at least one JARDIN DES FONTAINES scarf. A different scarf must be used in each of the three videos (no repeats). Multiple scarves may be featured in a single video, provided they align with the brand’s aesthetics.
3. Technical Specifications
- Video Format: MP4, minimum 1080p, portrait (9:16), optimized for Instagram.
- Sound and Music: Only royalty-free music may be used.
- Branding Requirements: The JARDIN DES FONTAINES logo must appear clearly at the end of each video.
- Language: Any voiceover must be in English. English subtitles are required.
4. Schedule
- Selection & Preparation Phase: September 26 – October 3, 2025. Schools confirm participating teams and distribute branded scarves.
- Filming & Post-Production Phase: October 3 – October 31, 2025. Teams create, film, and edit all three videos.
- Submission Period: November 1 – November 15, 2025. Videos must be uploaded to Google Drive (instructions provided).
- Judging Period: November 16 – November 30, 2025. Evaluated by a joint panel of brand representatives and school officials.
- Announcement of Results: December 1, 2025. Winners and honorable mentions announced via email and on www.jardindesfontaines.com.
- Video Distribution Phase: December 2 – December 19, 2025. Selected videos shared on official platforms.
5. Evaluation Criteria
- Creativity & Originality (25 ponits): Innovative visual concepts, unique perspectives, and bold storytelling approaches.
- Storytelling & Emotional Impact (25 ponits): Clear narrative structure, emotional resonance, and alignment with brand values (e.g., elegance, artistry, inspiration).
- Technical Excellence (20 ponits): Professional quality in editing, image resolution, sound clarity, and transitions.
- Cultural & Localization Sensitivity (10 ponits): Authentic integration of local cultural elements, reflecting the team’s unique perspective while aligning with brand values.
- Brand Consistency (10 ponits): Strong alignment with JARDIN DES FONTAINES’ identity of originality, elegance, and artistry.
- Time Management & Pacing (5 ponits): Effective at least 2 minutes, with engaging pacing and no redundancy.
- Teamwork & Process (5 ponits): Evidence of collaborative effort. Optional supplementary materials may highlight team synergy.
6. Brand Incentives
- Outstanding videos showcased on the brand’s official website and Instagram, with credit to each creator.
- Best Video Award: Certificate of Achievement, gift from JARDIN DES FONTAINES, and opportunity for collaboration with full credit on the brand website.
- Excellence Award: Certificate of Recognition and gift from JARDIN DES FONTAINES.
7. Brand Rights
- JARDIN DES FONTAINES reserves the right to modify, adapt, or edit any selected video to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and corporate image.
- The brand retains full and exclusive copyright of all selected videos, including rights to produce, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, and use them for promotional or marketing purposes.
